What to do in an emergency

 Power cut

  • Local network operators are responsible for looking after the cables they use to supply your electricity.  You will need to contact the operator in your area directly.  Before you do, it may be worth checking a few things
  • Check your trip switch to make sure that you don’t have a fault with your wiring or appliance
  • Check to see if you neighbours are affected.  If they are, it’s more likely to be a problem with the local network and you will need to contact your network operator
